By accessing or using Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and contributors.
Pulse is an AI-powered subscription recovery platform that helps SaaS businesses recover failed payments through intelligent retry scheduling and personalized recovery emails. We integrate with third-party payment processors including Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave.
To use Pulse, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Pulse offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
To provide the Service, Pulse connects to your payment processor accounts and accesses payment event data, customer information, and usage analytics. This data is used solely to power the recovery features described in the Service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, transmit spam or unauthorized communications, interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
Pulse and all associated technology, software, designs, and content are owned by Pulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Pulse integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. Pulse is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will recover any specific amount of failed payments, be uninterrupted or error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Recovery rates vary based on payment processor behavior, customer circumstances, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being brought to any court.
